Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue agrees to provide you with necessary supplies and food for your foster dog or cat, however, if you are able to financially provide these things, it would be greatly appreciated as it will help us provide for more animals. Save your receipts as these are tax deductible. We will also need a receipt for our records. Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue agrees to take care of all veterinary care. All care must be approved by Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue.

*By signing this Agreement, you agree to the following:

To care for your foster dog or cat. You will have a collar with Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue information on the dog and break away collars on the cats at all times. When walking the dog, you will use a harness and a leash, which we will provide, unless you care to provide them. You WILL NOT REHOME the dog or cat on your own. All adoptions go through Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue. You may refer potential adopters to Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue. If you adopt a cat or dog without the knowledge of Bell Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue, you will reimburse Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue all monies spent on the animal by Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue, including, but not limited to travel and waiting times, since the day it is acquired by Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue. If the dog or cat goes missing IMMEDIATELY notify Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue. Bring your foster dog in at night and during inclement weather (do not keep outside for long periods of time) and keep your foster cat indoors at all times. Feed at least 2 times daily the recommended portions on the bags/cans. Try to minimize crate time. Do not leave cat or dog, indoor or outdoor in extreme temperatures. If for any reason you are no longer able to foster a dog or cat in your care, you will give at least 72 hour notice. You understand a foster dog or cat through Bell Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue may be a risk of biting or scratching. These animals are often frightened and have been through many changes that may cause them to act out by biting, snapping or scratching. They may become possessive of what they consider their processions. I will not hold Belly Rub N Grub 501(c)3 animal rescue accountable for harm done by a foster dog or cat, to myself, my family, or anyone entering my home. You are making a commitment to help save lives. It is very fulfilling to watch a frightened, scared cat or dog become a happy adoptable pet. Without the commitment from people like you, these animals would not survive.
